DSGB couple reaches semi-final in Toronto2014-03-24
Congratulations to George Borisov and Ada Au for reaching the semi-final in the Crystal Leaf WDSF World Open Standard competition. The Pan American Championship event was held at the beautiful Fairmont Royal York in downtown Toronto, Canada.
Despite the below freezing temperatures, the March event attracted 28 world-ranking couples, including World Championship finalists. Together, they represent 10 countries from North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
The winning couple in the Standard (Ballroom) was Simone Segatori and Annette Sudol from Germany, while Andrey Kiselev and Anastasia Kiseleva from Russian Federation took first place in Latin American Style. Full results can be found on the WDSF website.
