Hop, skip, jump into a new year of DanceSport at Southside2014-03-10
The first DSGB competition of 2014 kicked off in style at Southside Ballroom in London on 9 March.
The spring event attracted 24 couples competing for the top spot in the junior, juvenile, and adult classes, as well as the open 5-Dance events. Performing to the cheering audience, couples from all ages and experience levels (Beginner E, Novice D, Intermediate C, and Advanced B) danced the Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot and Quickstep as part of the Standard competition. This was followed by the Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive in the Latin American section.
